PDF (Türkçe) · Live response area

Before the lesson

  1. Open okan.uzemgo.com. Choose Türkçe or English. Use a separate classroom for each language.
  2. Facilitator desk > Teacher password > Create class. The link alone grants no permission; do not share the password with learners. Download the management backup immediately. Share only the class code or participant link. Restore your private management backup to return to an existing class.
  3. Enter the expected learner count in Response desk. Select the current activity and publish the activity and announcement.
  4. Use a test class and a second device to join individually, submit a response, read teacher feedback and download CSV. Delete the test class before opening the real class.

Individual learner access

  1. My responses > class code > Find class. Select your group if available; otherwise leave it blank. Create your learner code. If groups form after the lecture, choose yours later from My workshop group in My responses.
  2. Keep your O- learner code and private access backup. Do not enter real names, emails, student numbers or patient data.
  3. On a shared device each learner uses a separate code. After submitting, save your access backup and choose Next learner / sign out. Restore your own backup to return.
  4. Do not register again if you already have access; restore your existing backup. Codes are not identity verification or official attendance.

Where responses are entered

  1. Core individual responses: retrieval, personal learning plan and AI decision case. Try the lab, then use Open this activity’s response form to go to My responses.
  2. Additional forms: four-claim checking, Miller, prediction and observation, and an eight-question check. Use them in workshops or buffer time as needed.
  3. At the end open your individual exit ticket and answer six short questions under your own code. A group product does not replace it.
  4. Typing is not submission. Select Send to my teacher. A server receipt, time and revision must appear. If the draft differs, your changes have not been sent.

Tasks on the shared group device

  1. The recorder opens a group from Start > Join classroom using the code and a group nickname. Each group maintains one shared product.
  2. Idea-wall posts are shared on behalf of the group. Group polls and the lab’s existing quick quiz submissions are group responses, not individual learner counts.
  3. Complete the six workshop steps. Save draft stores work; Submit design opens it in the class gallery. Saving a draft later withdraws it from the gallery; submit again after revising.
  4. Use the rubric to review another group in Presentations and feedback. Teacher comments on the group product appear under Feedback received by your group.

How the facilitator monitors responses

  1. Facilitator desk > Response desk. Select an activity to see registered learners, responses and missing codes. The display refreshes about every eight seconds.
  2. The core-activity matrix separates retrieval, learning plan, AI decision and exit ticket. The system cannot identify people who never registered; compare expected and registered counts.
  3. Start with Waiting for review / revised. Choose Understanding visible, Partly developed or Revision requested; write a specific next step and send feedback.
  4. The learner sees your comment in My responses, revises and resubmits. The revision increases; the first response is preserved and the new version awaits review.

Answers and assessment

  1. All model answers are in Activity answer keys and review criteria at the facilitator desk. Learners can also open the example after completing their response form.
  2. The eight-question quiz, AI multiple choice and Miller selection are checked by the server. Written reasoning, personal plans and exit tickets need human review; no official grade or automatic competence judgment is issued.
  3. Example feedback: Your goal is clear; the learning check is unclear. Add two questions you will answer with notes closed tomorrow and a time to revisit them.

Export and retention

  1. Download answers CSV exports individual fields, learner code, group, revision, submission time and teacher comments. If needed, open in Excel using UTF-8 and semicolon separation.
  2. Download complete class report preserves group drafts and submissions, ideas, peer feedback, individual responses and teacher comments. Missing responses can be exported separately.
  3. Student access expires after seven days. The host backup still permits later export and deletion. Expiry is not automatic deletion.
  4. Export at the end and follow institutional retention decisions. Delete classroom records is permanent; export first. Do not repurpose teaching responses as research data without the appropriate permissions.

If internet or access fails

  1. A failed-send message is not a receipt. Download the answer. When connected, check submission; if no server record exists, resend. The same learner and activity update one record.
  2. If submissions are closed, the teacher selects Open submissions in class controls. Locking prevents registration and submission; drafting remains possible.
  3. Without a device, complete paper worksheets for the teacher to collect. Later the learner can enter them under their own code and mark paper entry. Do not count unentered paper work as digital responses.
  4. A learner code alone cannot restore access if the private backup is lost. Registering again creates a separate code; tell the teacher. A lost host key cannot be recovered through this site.
